Cooking Instructions
This is a raw product. Must be cooked prior consumption. Do not thaw before cooking. If product becomes thawed, use within 48 hours of thawing. Please ensure chicken is fully cooked before eating.
Remove contents from pack. Cook from frozen. For best results – Oven bake. The following is a guide only. Appliance temperatures may vary. You may need to adjust cooking times accordingly. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Conventional Oven
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place Duets in oven on lightly oiled tray. Cook for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 180°C and cook for further 30 minutes. Leave portions to stand for 2 minutes prior to removing from oven tray.
Fan-Forced Oven
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place Duets in oven on lightly oiled tray. Cook for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 180°C and cook for further 30 minutes. Leave portions to stand for 2 minutes prior to removing from oven tray.
