People: Organise to Thrive

Our people are at the forefront of our purpose.

We are a team of 8,200 strong and are guided by our principles of being open, honest and collaborative in everything we do. By collaborating and embracing new ideas and innovation, being open and honest in our practices and knowing that when we work connectedly and for a common cause, we will deliver the best possible products, time after time.

Our Principles

Being open means we will trust each other, listen to ideas and be adaptable.

Being honest means we will act with integrity, be transparent and keep our promises.

Being collaborative means we will work together to explore new possibilities, support each other and communicate respectfully.

Safety is integral to everything we do.

We are relentless in our focus on improving safety through visible leadership, positive behaviour of our people, design of our operations and products, and implementing safe systems and procedures.

We are committed to a vision of Zero Harm. Zero Harm means we take responsibility for our own actions; take near miss reporting seriously; understand, implement and comply with our Work Health & Safety Management System (WHSMS) and procedures; investigate incidents with a preventative mindset; demonstrate that we take safety seriously; and never compromise or expect others to compromise on safety.

Ingham’s has an established WHSMS that covers all of our operations across Australia and New Zealand and subject to rigorous audits.

Our inclusive team of 8,200 believes in celebrating our successes and working hard to deliver on our hallmark values of quality and safety, integrity and operational excellence. Explore your opportunity to thrive within our team.
