We all know the scenario — the kids want to go out for dinner, while the parents prefer a relaxed night in. The perfect compromise? Cooking together in the kitchen to get Dinner Done Ingham’s-style with Mexi-Bean Loaded Chicken Chipees!

A fun challenge was set to see who could create the best loaded fries-inspired dish. With the oven on and Chicken Chipees ready to go, attention turned to prepping the all-important toppings and sides.
Guacamole was mashed, corn cooked, and then the cooked chipees were layered with olives, corn kernels, salsa, and cheese before being popped back in the oven to melt.
Once ready, the loaded chipees were topped with guacamole, halved cherry tomatoes, sour cream, and coriander — making for a delicious and colourful presentation.
After tasting, the dish got top marks for presentation, aroma, and flavour — though there’s always room for a little extra something to make it perfect!
