Join Inghams, an ASX Listed Company “admired” for Quality Consumer Food Products and positioned in multiple growth sectors.

We are recognised for our high-quality Chicken & Turkey products. Our new State Account Executive will bring to Inghams their strategic thinking, ability to service our existing customer base and drive new business initiatives in our wholesale department.

This is a hybrid role, and your remuneration package will consist of a salary, superannuation, a fully maintained company car or car allowance.

Responsibilities include

  • Ownership and accountability as the primary lead and point of contact for wholesale customers within the state.
  • Involvement in annual Joint Customer Business Planning process
  • Forecasting and management of customer order requirements
  • Deliver on budgeted volume, revenue and GM targets.
  • Develop and nurture key relationships with Wholesale Customers
  • Analysis of data to understand product gaps, profitability and new business.
  • Develop cross functional working teams with operations, farming, category, marketing and NPD to drive and deliver on joint business plan goals.
  • Travel and support national events as required.

You will bring to this role

  • Frontline Sales experience in roles with understanding/exposure to major wholesale accounts
  • Confident in working autonomously, running projects and working in a rapid paced, high-output environment.
  • Lead sales idea generation & execution
  • Project management capability
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships with customers
  • Able to understand a P&L and use data to make informed commercially target decisions
