Your opportunity to join us

In this role you will be supporting our Lytton Distribution Centre, picking and packing using RF scanners with all roles requiring the use of forklifts and working within a chiller environment. We are looking for people who are flexible to cover afternoon / night shifts and weekend work as and when the need arises in order to support the team.

Daily Tasks:

  • High Reach/LO stockpicker/Counterbalance forklift driving
  • Unload/load inbound and outbound stock and efficiently stacking pallets
  • Quality control: Ensuring shipment accuracy, checking and reporting quality variances
  • Ensuring labelling of products is correct according to product and consumer specifications
  • Picking and packing using RF scanners with all roles requiring the use of forklifts
  • Completing manual handling duties – lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reaching
  • Storing and maintaining materials, equipment and tools
  • Identifying and escalating, Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards and risks

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Hold a current LF/LO/HR license with at least 12 months of experience
  • Communicate well both written and verbally
  • Physically fit and repetitively lift up to 25kg
  • Flexibility to cover various shifts when required
