Hours of work
We are looking for workers to fill the full-time role of Feedmill Operator, you will need to be flexible to cover various shifts as and when the need arises in order to support the team. This role requires individuals to work rotating Day, Afternoon and Night shifts on a Sunday night to Saturday Roster.

Daily Tasks:
- Operating Feedmill machinery in order to produce feed order requirements.
- Completing general machinery cleaning and maintenance in order to minimize breakdowns and avoid the disruption of the process.
- Inspecting dietary materials prior to processing as well as inspecting the final product prior to distribution.
- Ensuring manufacturing processes are adhered to at all times.
- Maintaining high-quality standards and reprocessing of materials as and when required to meet these standards.
- Complete manual handling duties
- Cleaning duties and maintaining a clean work environment
- Being an active, respectful team member that is reliable, and honours work commitments
- Get involved with safety, follow the safety rules, speak up, and be mindful of risks
You will bring to this role:
- Current car license and own transportation
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to understand, correctly interpret and follow instructions, procedures, and information
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work effectively unsupervised and within a team environment
- Good levels of fitness
- Forklift license (preferable but not required)
- Intermediate computer knowledge
