Ingham’s Whole Chicken Marinated and Stuffed is always made with 100% Aussie RSPCA approved chicken, no added hormones and a good source of protein.

Cooking Instructions

Product must be fully cooked before eating. Cooking times are a guide only and may vary depending on your appliance.

We suggest using a meat thermometer.

Chicken should be fully cooked when pierced and juices run clear, and when the internal temperature reaches 82°C.

Please ensure thermometer is placed into the deepest part of the chicken.

Cook time: Approx. 120 Minutes.

OVEN

1. Preheat oven to 190°C (180°C Fan-Forced).
Remove all packaging. Place breast side up on a rack in a roasting dish.
2. Cook for approximately 120 minutes. Baste chicken with cooking juices halfway through cooking.
3. Remove chicken from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
