Pan Fry, Grill or BBQ Grill
1. Preheat pan/ grill/ BBQ grill on medium heat.
2. Remove steaks from packaging and season with salt and pepper and spray with oil until well coated.
3. Cook on high heat for approximately 4 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently.
4. Remove from heat and rest in pan/ grill/ BBQ for 1 minute.
