Fan Forced Oven: Preheat oven to 190°C. Place Schnitzels on a lightly greased oven tray and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning once.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C. Place Schnitzels on a lightly greased oven tray and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning once.
