Cooking Instructions


Product must be fully cooked before eating. The following is a guide only. Appliance temperatures may vary. You may need to adjust cooking times accordingly.

Pan Fry
1. Preheat frying pan on medium heat.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan.
3. Remove meatballs from the pack and cook for approx. 15-20 minutes or until cooked through, turning regularly.

1. Preheat conventional oven to 190°C (Fan forced 180°C).
2. Remove meatballs from packaging and place on oiled baking tray.
3. Place baking tray onto the middle rack and cook for approx. 15-20 minutes, ensuring to turn the meatballs over half way through cooking.
