Peter Bush announced as Chairman and Mick McMahon confirmed as CEO
Sydney, (18 July 2016): Australasia’s leading poultry producer, Ingham’s Enterprises Pty Limited, has appointed Peter Bush as Chairman elect and Mick McMahon, who has held the combined roles of Executive Chairman and CEO since 16 February 2016, has been confirmed as Ingham’s CEO.
Peter is Chairman of Southern Cross Media Group Ltd and Mantra Group Holdings Ltd and the former Chairman of Pacific Brands Limited, McDonald’s Australia Limited and Nine Entertainment Co Holdings Ltd. He has also held non-executive directorships at Lion Nathan Ltd and Insurance Australia Group Ltd.
Prior to his non-executive director roles, Peter had a long and successful career in fast-moving consumer goods, holding senior roles with SC Johnson, Reckitt & Coleman, Ampol/Caltex and Arnott’s and was CEO of AGB McNair and Schwarzkopf. In 2003 he became the CEO of McDonald’s Australia. In April 2010, he left McDonald’s as its divisional President for Pacific, Middle East and Africa.
Mick McMahon has more than 30 years’ operational management experience. He is the former Managing Director, CEO and board member of the Skilled Group. Mick served as COO at Coles from 2007 to 2009 and Managing Director of Coles Express from 2005 to 2009. Prior to Coles, he spent 19 years with the Shell Group both in Australia and overseas. Mick is also Chairman of Red Rock Leisure, a private Australian tourism and entertainment venue operator.
