Ingham’s launches Asia Pacific graduate program
Sydney, (19 October 2016): Leading Australasian integrated poultry producer Ingham’s has launched a new Asia Pacific graduate program focussed on leadership opportunities for new graduates.
The new two-year program will recruit 10 graduates by the end of 2016 across the disciplines of Engineering, Agriculture and Business.
CEO Mick McMahon said: “We are a growing business and this program will be sourcing high calibre candidates with the potential to be the future leaders of our company.
“We will be providing them opportunities to lead a team during the program as well as offering dynamic and challenging projects and genuine responsibilities.”
Graduates will be offered opportunities to fulfil their ambition through experience across all parts of Ingham’s business including farms, processing plants, warehousing and distribution, sales and marketing, finance and strategy.
They will complete four rotations, spending six months in each position. Each rotation involves a new team and manager. Each has been designed to incorporate specific goals that will further develop personal, technical and leadership capability.
