Ingham’s 2023 Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Report Submission

Gender is a key pillar of Ingham’s Inclusion, Equity and Diversity Framework.

Ingham’s has submitted its 2023 Workplace Gender Equality Report (WGEA) Report. You can view a copy of the public reports by downloading the link below.

While acknowledging that a better outcome is desired and required, it is still pleasing to report that Ingham’s has reduced its Gender Pay Gap to 10.9%, a reduction of 1% from the prior year and below the current Australian wide WGEA calculated Gender Pay Gap of 13.3%, and female promotions have increased to 38.6%, a 4.2% year on year improvement.
