FY2025 Modern Slavery Statement Released

We are pleased to share that our 2025 Modern Slavery Statement has been released, reflecting our continued commitment to protecting human rights and managing modern slavery risks across our operations and supply chains.

In FY2025, we:

  • strengthened our approach to managing potential risks by formalising our supplier due diligence framework,
  • enhanced visa and working rights verification across our workforce,
  • continued our supplier audit program; and
  • updated our supplier pre-qualification requirements.

Underpinning everything we do are our values of Care, Courage, Curiosity and Commitment — guiding the ethical and professional behaviours we expect from our people, partners and suppliers.

We extend our sincere thanks to the teams across Inghams in both Australia and New Zealand whose contributions made this Statement possible, and who continue to champion ethical work practices throughout our operations and supply chain.

We also wish to thank YarnnUp, a First Nations cultural and design agency, for their creative support in designing this year’s report.

The report is available on the Commonwealth Government’s Modern Slavery Statements register and on Inghams’ Sustainability Reports and Data page.
