Free Range Garlic Butter Kievs with Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Free Range Chicken Breast Garlic Kievs
  • ¼ med fennel bulb, shaved
  • ¼ pomegranate, cut in half, seeds removed
  • ¼b dill
  • 1 tbsp pistachio nuts, chopped
  • ½ lemon, zest and juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper


METHOD

  1. Cook Kievs as per pack instructions
  2. Place shaved fennel onto plates, top with pomegranate seeds, sprigs of dill and pistachio nuts
  3. Grate the zest and squeeze the juice of the lemon over the top, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper
  4. Add Kievs and serve
