Easy Turkey Sliders

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g Ingham’s turkey rissoles
  • 4 Slider buns
  • 4 tbsp Pasta tomato sauce
  • 2 slices Cheese, cut in half diagonally
  • 4 small Baby cos lettuce leaves
  • 4 Bamboo skewers


METHOD

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a fry pan or griddle pan over medium heat. Cook Ingham’s turkey rissoles for approx. 10 minutes or until cooked through, turning regularly.
  2. Heat the pasta sauce in a saucepan or microwave until warm.
  3. Cut slider buns in half and toast the inside of the bun under the grill.
  4. Place lettuce onto the bottom of slider bun, top with rissole, pasta sauce and cheese.
  5. Then top with second half of bun and secure with a skewer.
