Preheat oven to 150°C. Set a large oval-shaped pot over a moderate heat. Season the turkey drumsticks with salt and pepper then fry in olive oil for 5 minutes, until well browned. Add the onion, capsicum and garlic and cook for 5 more minutes.
Mix in the paprika and stock, then bring to a simmer. Fit the lid then bake for 1½ hours, until very tender. Mix the sour cream and flour, whisk in, then simmer until thickened.
Serve with mashed potatoes, chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
