Mix the avocado until smooth with the juice of 1 lemon
Cook tenders as per instructions.
Spread the avocado pulp on the lavash bread. Place the chicken tenders (2), top with sweet chilli sauce and then add shredded lettuce and tomato salsa, along the centre of lavash bread. Roll up firmly to enclose filling. Use baking paper to wrap or use tooth picks to hold in place. Can be toasted or eaten as is.
