INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, thinly sliced into ribbons
  • 2 red radishes, trimmed, very thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 16 Ingham’s Satay Kebabs warmed up and stick removed
  • 8 sheets lavash bread or flat bread

METHOD:

  1. Combine the cucumber, radish, mint and coriander and sweet chilli sauce in a medium bowl.
  2. Lay 1 piece lavash bread on a board, and evenly place cucumber salad on bread. Top with the meat of 2 Ingham’s Satay Kebabs. Roll wrap tightly to encase the filling. Serve as is, or toast in a sandwich press and serve.
