16 Ingham’s Satay Kebabs warmed up and stick removed
8 sheets lavash bread or flat bread
Combine the cucumber, radish, mint and coriander and sweet chilli sauce in a medium bowl.
Lay 1 piece lavash bread on a board, and evenly place cucumber salad on bread. Top with the meat of 2 Ingham’s Satay Kebabs. Roll wrap tightly to encase the filling. Serve as is, or toast in a sandwich press and serve.
