Leadership Changes
The board of Ingham’s today announced Chief Executive Officer Kevin McBain was retiring and that it had appointed Mick McMahon as Executive Chairman and Andrew Clarke, Ingham’s current Chief Operating Officer had been promoted and is the new Chief Executive Officer.
“Kevin McBain is retiring after 35 years with the Ingham’s organisation. In that time the business has grown and developed to where it is today; one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading food business that continues to flourish. The board has thanked Kevin for his extraordinary contribution to the company and has asked him to stay on the Ingham’s Board and as a senior adviser to the company and its shareholders.

Mick has most recently been the Managing Director, CEO and Board Member of the Skilled Group. Skilled is Australia’s largest provider of workforce solutions employing over 50,000 skilled workers a year.
Mick was previously Chief Operating Officer Coles from 2007 to 2009 and Managing Director of Coles Express 2005 to 2009, after 19 years at Shell. Prior to joining Skilled Group, he was Senior Advisor with TPG Capital engaging in investments in the energy, retail and industrial sectors globally.

Andrew joined Ingham’s in August last year as Chief Operating Officer and is already well across the business, knows the team and trading partners, and has been instrumental in developing plans and processes for the next phase of the company’s future. Before joining Ingham’s, Andrew was a senior executive with over 25 years in the in the FMCG industry, and has a wealth of experience operating successfully at President and General Management levels in global brand-leading companies including Mars Inc and Campbell-Arnotts.
