INGREDIENTS

  • 400g Ingham’s Southern Style Chicken Breast Tenders
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch tarragon leaves, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • pinch ground coriander seed
  • 75g softened unsalted butter
  • sea salt flakes and freshly-milled black pepper
  • 4 wholemeal pita bread
  • iceberg lettuce wedges and ranch dressing, to serve


METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Arrange Ingham’s Southern Style Chicken Breast Tenders on a lined oven tray, then bake for 20 minutes, turning once.
  2. Combine the garlic, tarragon, spices and butter in a bowl then season with salt and pepper. Spread onto pita breads then cut into wedges. Arrange on oven trays then bake for 10-12 minutes, until
